- Our PTFE diaphragms are precision machined in our factory from solid PTFE bar stock on dedicated equipment. This limits the supply chain and ensures full traceability of every diaphragm.
- No elastomers are used with the diaphragms. This detail ensures the diaphragms will not be affected by SIP cycles or vacuum – even while hot.
- The diaphragms can operate to 200°C and to -80°C for cryogenic applications.
- As standard,we offer two sizes for diaphragms – standard and extended – depending on the valve type and special body configurations.
- The unique ball and socket mounting design allows periodic inspection of the diaphragm and the ability to reliably re-use the same diaphragm. This is a feature not possible with any other valve.
- Bottom Tank Valves with Manual Actuator – standard or extended handle.
- Fast and robust cleanability and sterilization
- Self draining body designed to fulfill the most stringent demands of CIP-SIP.
- Suitable for all critical applications: bioreactors, fermenters, media preparation, chromatography buffer prep.
- Solid PTFE seal is vacuum resistant while hot for added safety and reliability.
- Simple and safe design without elastomers eliminates difficult to clean asymptotic seals and dead legs.
- Standard diaphragm is solid, precision machined PTFE diaphragms acc.to USP Class VI-121°C. EPDM USP Class VI is available for system startup.
- Manual Actuators made from stainless steel for ATEX and standard PTFE.
- Available in 6 standard designs and 3 different outlet configurations to fulfill customer needs:
- Available with or without satellite valve for downstream CIP-SIP or sterile transfer.
- Many custom configurations have been produced and available to meet unique requirements.
